Why offer this

One tool.
Two jobs HR has to do at once.

HR sits in the middle — building the case the business will fund, and the case your people will actually feel the benefit of. Sera is built to hold up on both sides at once.

The business case

The cost of a
cluttered mind is already on your books.

£24bn a year lost to presenteeism across UK employers — the single largest component of the cost of poor workplace mental health

Presenteeism — people at their desk but not functioning at capacity — costs employers two to three times more than sickness absence. It's the quieter, harder-to-see cost, and it's the one a 20-minute reset tool is actually built to reach.

  • No app to install, no IT sign-off, no onboarding cost
  • Pay-as-you-go credits — no ongoing contract or per-seat licence
  • Sits alongside your existing EAP rather than duplicating it

The wellbeing case

A full head makes
every decision harder.

~£4.70 returned for every £1 spent on workplace mental health support, through reduced presenteeism alone

The mind treats an unresolved task or worry as ongoing background load — even when you're not actively thinking about it. Cognitive load theory shows working memory has limited capacity; the more unresolved items it's holding, the less is left for the decision in front of you.

  • Externalising thoughts — getting them out of your head — frees that capacity
  • Sorting by what's controllable turns vague anxiety into specific, actionable items
  • The result isn't "feel happier" — it's a clearer next decision, with less friction

New to Sera?

What is Sera,
and how does it work?

Sera is a seven-step AI-powered thinking tool. It takes everything in someone's head — tasks, worries, half-formed ideas — and works through it step by step, helping them see what's there and work out what to do first.

Try Sera yourself before sharing it with your team.

One free session — no account, no payment, no commitment. The best way to understand what your people will experience.

  1. Get it out — two boxes: what's on your plate, and what's on your mind
  2. See it sorted — everything grouped by life area (Work, Home, Health, Money etc)
  3. Spot the bigger things — projects flagged and broken down into first steps
  4. Know what's yours — tasks sorted into do now, waiting, future list, not in your control
  5. See what you're carrying — thoughts and feelings held with care, not solved
  6. Quick wins — everything under 20 minutes identified with time estimates
  7. The rest, in order — everything else prioritised and downloadable

A full session takes 15–20 minutes. Output can be downloaded or copied to clipboard.

A to-do list requires the person to already know what they're doing. Sera works before that — it gets everything out of the head first, then sorts it. It also separates practical tasks from emotional load, which a to-do list never does. The result isn't just a list — it's a clear picture of everything on someone's plate, organised by urgency, control, and area of life.

No — Sera is a practical thinking and organising tool. It doesn't give mental health advice, make diagnoses, or replace professional support. It holds space for what someone is carrying and helps them see it more clearly. It works alongside EAPs, not instead of them — and it's the tool people reach for before things get serious enough to need deeper support.

Why it works for organisations

Practical. Private.
No friction.

i.

It sits before the problem escalates

Most wellbeing tools kick in after someone is already struggling. Sera is what you reach for on a busy Tuesday afternoon — before small pressure becomes something bigger.

ii.

No integration. No onboarding. No friction.

No app to install, no SSO, no IT ticket. You give someone a code, they open a browser, they start. That's it. The reason most wellbeing tools fail is adoption — Sera removes that barrier entirely.

iii.

It's not therapy — and that's the point

Sera doesn't give advice or make diagnoses. It externalises thoughts, sorts them, and helps someone see what they're actually dealing with. Practical, not clinical.

iv.

Works alongside your existing EAP

Most organisations have an Employee Assistance Programme that nobody uses. Sera is the tool people reach for in the moment. It doesn't replace deeper support — it makes it less likely you'll need it as often.

Organisation dashboard

See what your team is thinking about.
Without seeing what they wrote.

Your dashboard shows anonymised, aggregated data only — how many sessions this week, which life areas are coming up most across your team. No names. No individual data. No one reads your team's brain dumps but them. This is enforced at the database level, not just by policy.

About dashboard access

When you purchase, we'll ask for your work email. Sera uses your email domain (e.g. @acmeltd.com) to identify who belongs to your organisation — so anyone with that domain can log in to your dashboard automatically.

If your team uses personal email addresses (Gmail, Outlook etc.) rather than a shared domain, you can specify up to three email addresses who should have dashboard access instead. Leave this blank if you have a company domain.

Prefer to pay by invoice?

No problem — we can invoice your organisation directly. Get in touch and we'll sort it.

Privacy

Your team's privacy
is non-negotiable.

Your organisation will never see individual session content — not your HR team, not managers, not Sera. What you may see on your dashboard is anonymised, aggregated data only: how many people used Sera this week, and which life areas came up most across the organisation.

No names. No details. No one reads your team's brain dumps but them.
