Sera is a digital productivity and wellbeing support tool. It allows you to type a free-form brain dump of your thoughts, worries and tasks, and returns a structured, prioritised output to help you identify what to focus on next. It is designed for general use by adults.
This is important. Please read it carefully.
Sera is not a mental health service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric support, or any form of clinical or therapeutic intervention. It is not regulated or supervised by any healthcare body.

Sera is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing it produces should be treated as legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
Sera is not infallible. Outputs are generated by an AI and may be inaccurate or not appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the tool, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
You may use Sera once without creating an account or making any payment. No payment or email address is required for free sessions. We reserve the right to change the number of free sessions available at any time with reasonable notice.
Sera offers two paid access options in addition to the free tier:
What you get: One full session through the complete 7-step flow, including the ability to download or copy your sorted list.
Billing: A one-time payment via Stripe. No subscription, no recurring charge.
Refunds: As the session is delivered immediately on payment, single session purchases are non-refundable once the session has begun. If you experience a technical fault, please contact us.
What you get: 30 sessions per year. Sessions do not roll over between annual periods.
Billing: Billed annually in advance via Stripe. Your first payment is taken at the point of purchase.
Renewal: Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing hello@moderaristudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period. We do not offer partial-year refunds except where required by law.
Founder rate: Subscribers who join during the founder period retain their £19.99/year rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting their account.

Sera for Organisations is a credit-based access model for companies, HR teams and other organisations who wish to provide Sera access to their employees or members.
Organisations purchase credit bundles (Starter: 100 credits / £79, Team: 500 credits / £349, Organisation: 1,000 credits / £599). Each completed Sera session uses one credit. Credits do not expire.
On purchase, a unique organisation code is generated and sent to the buyer's email. This code may be shared with employees or members. Moderari Studio is not responsible for unauthorised sharing of organisation codes.
Organisations receive access to an anonymised, aggregated dashboard showing total sessions used and which life areas appeared most frequently across sessions. Organisations cannot see individual session content, individual usage, or any personal information about users. This is enforced at the database level, not just by policy.
Additional credits can be purchased at any time. Credit bundle purchases are non-refundable once the code has been issued, except where required by law. If a technical fault prevents credit use, please contact hello@moderaristudio.com.
Moderari Studio will send an email notification to the purchasing contact when credits reach 20% remaining, and again when credits are fully used. It is the organisation's responsibility to top up before credits are exhausted.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not used the service during that period. If you have used the tool during the 14-day period, you waive the right to a full refund, as the service has been partially delivered.
You agree not to use the tool for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the tool, use automated scripts or bots, share your account access, attempt to circumvent the free session limit, or submit content intended to manipulate or exploit the AI system.
Sera, including its design, code, copy and branding, is owned by Jeni Sanderson trading as Moderari Studio. The content you type into the tool remains yours. We do not claim any rights over it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the tool's output, any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tool, or any harm arising from reliance on the tool as a substitute for professional support. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We aim to keep the tool available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If we discontinue the service permanently, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The content of your brain dump is never stored by us.
If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the tool after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
