Sera is a digital productivity and wellbeing support tool. It allows you to type a free-form brain dump of your thoughts, worries and tasks, and returns a structured, prioritised output to help you identify what to focus on next. It is designed for general use by adults.
This is important. Please read it carefully.
Sera is not a mental health service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric support, or any form of clinical or therapeutic intervention. It is not regulated or supervised by any healthcare body.

Sera is not a substitute for professional advice. Nothing it produces should be treated as legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
Sera is not infallible. Outputs are generated by an AI and may be inaccurate or not appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for your own decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the tool, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
You may use the Sera once without creating an account. No payment or email address is required for free sessions. We reserve the right to change the number of free sessions available at any time with reasonable notice.
Price: £9.99 per month (founder rate)
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your first payment is taken at the point of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing hello@moderaristudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.
Founder rate: Subscribers who join during the founder period retain their £9.99/month rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription price for new subscribers. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change affecting their account.
To ensure the tool remains sustainable and affordable for all subscribers, we apply a fair use limit of 30 sessions per month for subscribers. The limit resets at midnight UTC. Please see our Fair Use Policy for full details.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription and receive a full refund, provided you have not used the service during that period. If you have used the tool during the 14-day period, you waive the right to a full refund, as the service has been partially delivered.
You agree not to use the tool for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the tool, use automated scripts or bots, share your account access, attempt to circumvent the free session limit, or submit content intended to manipulate or exploit the AI system.
Sera, including its design, code, copy and branding, is owned by Jeni Sanderson trading as Moderari Studio. The content you type into the tool remains yours. We do not claim any rights over it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decisions you make based on the tool's output, any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the tool, or any harm arising from reliance on the tool as a substitute for professional support. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding any claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
We aim to keep the tool available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If we discontinue the service permanently, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
Our Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The content of your brain dump is never stored by us.
If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the tool after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
